Make sure you mark your calendars for the Annual Alumni Smoker Party. This year's event will be similar to events in the past. We hope to see a good group of alumni and players out to our largest annual fundraiser. The details are below:
DATE: Saturday, January 28th, 2012.
Doors open at 6:00pm and dinner will be served at 7:00pm (last call will be 12:30)
LOCATION: Coquitlam Legion (Ridgeway and Nelson)
COST: Here are the options:
$65 Regular Ticket - this includes your entry into the Reverse Draw, meal and drinks for the night, it is $70 at the door.
$40 Non-Attendance Ticket - this gets you into the Reverse Draw only
$40 Non-Alcoholic Ticket - this is for people that don't want to drink, but still want to be involved that evening. ($45 at the door)
If you have never been to our Smoker Party before, here are some more details about the event.
Besides a chance to socialize with people you haven't seen in a while, there is a $1000 reverse draw (last ticket drawn wins the prize) and there are various prizes throughout the draw (usually every 4th ticket wins a prize).
During the evening there will be a chance to play Blackjack, Texas Holdém and Roulette if you like to gamble and there will also be a chance purchase squares for the Superbowl.
Finally, this year there will be a Beer Pong tournament for all interested in entering.
IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER:
Lots or our Alumni are business owners; therefore, if you purchase a Non-Attendance ticket we can issue you a Business Tax Receipt for all your tickets purchased that evening.
Meaning, if I come to the Smoker and purchase my $65 ticket when there I also purchase a $40 non-attendance ticket to get another entry into the reverse draw, all I need to do is let Denise know and she can then issue me a tax receipt in my business's name for $105.
