Every member is expected to be present for the meeting and cast their votes for the upcoming year.
Parent(s) or guardian(s) of individual members under the age of 18 must designate which parent or guardian will exercise their vote on behalf of the child at least 72 hours (by April 14th) prior to the vote by emailing secretary@unitedrugby.ca.
